(Noun) A disease that causes the inflammation of blood vessels anywhere in the body, but (in many cases) creates oral ulcers, genital ulcers and/or eye inflammation such as uveitis or retinal vasculitis. There is no cure, but symptoms can generally be managed. It is not contagious.
Usage: Behcet's disease is common in the Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Far Eastern countries, but cases can be found worldwide.
